However, the absence of an elevator posed a challenge with my luggage on the upper floors. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack in the room as well. Although the staff was friendly, the breakfast attendant could have been more cheerful. Overall, it was a cozy place but best suited for short stays.

i was absolutely shocked to find no elevator, carrying my bags up three flights is not what i expected as a guest. the windows wouldn't open either, due to the heardable street noise, so it was suffocating. i thought they might offer a little special treatment, but no, just regular service, so disappointing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
